The Project on Promoting Value-Added Agricultural Product Technologies (Chili) in the Agricultural Learning Center (ALC)

The manual synthesizes operational data, case studies, and expert interviews to propose recommendations, practical frameworks (FARMS Lifelong Learning Model), and solutions for advancing agricultural extension, building strong learning networks, and supporting sustainable rural development through effective technology and knowledge transfer.
