The Project on Promoting Value-Added Agricultural Product Technologies (Chili) in the Agricultural Learning Center (ALC)

This document details a collaborative project between the Asian Food and Agriculture Cooperation Initiative (AFACI) and the Department of Agricultural Extension (DOAE), focusing on comparative studies and best practices for implementing value-added chili production technologies at Agricultural Learning Centers (ALC) in Phrae and Surin Provinces. The manual synthesizes operational data, case studies, and expert interviews to propose recommendations, practical frameworks (FARMS Lifelong Learning Model), and solutions for advancing agricultural extension, building strong learning networks, and supporting sustainable rural development through effective technology and knowledge transfer.
